Job Description:
Provides fire prevention and emergency response services under the guidance of senior firefighter. Prepares and compiles from various sources for report preparation. Typical activities include issuing hot work permits and responding to all types of emergencies. Is responsible for low-level interpretation and application of fire services standard operating guidelines.
Required Skills:
Must have current Emergency Medical Technician certification, Firefighter I & II certification, and Hazardous Materials Operations certification. Must be able to operate fire department vehicles. Must have a valid drivers license
Education:
Prefer minimum of 3 to 5 years firefighting experience
Security Clearance:
The ability to obtain clearances is required. All positions with security clearance require U.S. citizenship.
