Connie C. Bornman

Connie C. Bornman, a firefighter/paramedic for Middle River Volunteer Rescue Company in Baltimore County, Maryland, died on May 17, 2004, of an apparent cardiac arrest while assisting a patient on an EMS call.

Bornman, who was 56, had been with the department for four years. She had completed her Firefighter I and II certifications, and was training to become a paramedic. She is survived by her husband, George, also on the fire department, and by their three sons.

A full fire department funeral for Bornman will be held on Saturday, May 22.
