Firefighter/EMT

Job Description:

The City of Plano Fire Department is looking individuals that are certified as both Structural Firefighters and EMT's. Individuals applying will have to show proof of Texas State Certification in Structural Firefighting and be Texas State Certified or National Registered as an EMT or EMT/P. November 30th is the last day that packets will be mailed out for this position.

Testing will be held on Janurary 6th, packets must be recieved no later than December 8th.
As of January 01, 2007, applicants must have completed 30 College semester hours in order to test for employment.

The starting salary is $52.428 annually, as of Oct 1, 2006.
