Shipping Policy

We ship via the U.S. Postal Service, using third-class mail for heavier packages and first-class mail for lighter ones, unless you make specific arrangements otherwise. Most orders ship within two business days. We will notify you if an item is out of stock or if for other reasons there will be a delay of more than one week in shipping your order.

Returns Policy

We accept most returns if sent to us within 14 days after you receive them. If the return is due to our error or to a defective item, we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs. We do not normally accept returns of information packets or videotapes unless they are defective. We do not accept returns of items showing obvious signs of wear or use.
